Post study Employer assisted - Employer Assisted

Hi all,

I am applying for a post study employer assisted work visa at the moment with which my employer is supposed to submit an employer supplementary form. My current employer is an accredited organization. Do they still need to fill in the employer supplementary form?

Yes. It says on the form itself http://www.immigration.govt.nz/NR/rd.../0/INZ1113.pdf that it must be used for Graduate Work Experience Visa applicants, and that is the old name for what is now called the Study to Work visa. It's also mentioned at WD1 e iv. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/45663.htm

(Being an accredited employer is only relevant to the grant of Essential Skills and and WTR visas.)
