Blue stickers? How long? Manukau!

Hi all,

has anyone had any experience with visa stamping at Manukau branch and how long they are taking to stamp the visas?
Also, is the exact moment you're granted residence when they stick the stickers on?

We've done it at Queen St and it took about 45 minutes and everyone I have spoken to says Manukau is easier to deal with.
They do the paperwork first so getting the stickers confirms your permanent residence status.
