NZQA:: Stuck at "File Setup"

Dear everyone
I had sent documents and file was set up on July 2nd. It has been 27 working days today ( 6th August); and the status has not changed yet to allocation.
Does anyone have submitted IQA around this time? It will be helpful if you can share your thoughts.
Should I contact NZQA?

Mine took 35 working days exactly. Most of the movement happened in the last 7 working days.

Here is my timeline on my IQA made in March 2015.
For your reference.

Jan 30: IQA file setup
Feb 23: IQA allocated
Feb 24: Additional document (transcript) request
Feb 27: Additional document (transcript) received
Mar 2: Report preparation done
Mar 3: Quality checking done
Mar 4: IQA Sign-off & shipped

It would take 4-8 weeks for your application to be processed by NZQA. Welcome to the wait and watch game

Waiting at allocation in progress stage for the past 18 working days. File setup on July 14th

I just got IQA done, It took over 35 working days for my IQA application and spent a lot of time in allocation stage.

Here is my timeline in Jun 2015.
Jun 15: IQA file setup / waiting Allocation
JUL 27: Evaluation
AUG 3: Quality checking
AUG 6: Sign-off

hmm...that is of grave concern, especially for folks that have been issued ITA and are on a deadline

I am not convinced that the notifications online of the stage processing has got to are necessarily always kept up to date.
