Passport

My old Passport has expired and I will be sending my new Passport for Visa Stamping (I got approved after the Passport has expired, Residence Visa), I am not really sure about the rules when changing passport details. Is there a form that I need to fill up or I'll just send my Passport to my CO with cover letter and certified copy of my old passport. Hope somebody would help. Thanks

I dont think there is any specific form for such as situation (at least I didnt hear about it thus far). Contacting CO beforehand will be best option which I see you are already considering.

I had the similar situation, my first plastic ID page of the passport has been broken. I simply informed my CO about my new passport number and sent an email with a scan of the new passport. After that I sent them my new passport ( for visa stamping), and my old one also as an evidence. I didn't face any problem for now, and my CO didn't complain about anything.
