how to verify my experience?

Hi everyone!! I have a Little restaurant in México, im planning to apply for a skilled visa,probably the next year. Is possible to verify my experience? I have other experiences but this is the most relevant because i'm the owner. I have a bachelor degree in gastronomy and a Little more of 1 year working. I'm 23 years old and i want new challanges for my carreer and of course,a good place to Live where i don't have to be worried about my family's security.

This is going to be more difficult, exactly because you are the owner, not an employee. An employee can ask his employer to write about his work. The only thing I can think of is that you could ask any regular customers who are interested in food to give you a reference, or else, if there are local food hygiene inspectors, someone like that. But I don't remember anyone on the forum who has been in your situation.
