documents for applying for post study work visa (employer assisted)

It is my first post.
I am a post study work visa (open) holder and am about to applying for post study work visa (employer assisted).
Does my employer need the advertising to support my visa?
I mean, for post study work visa (employer assisted), does the employer has to fill the section C in INZ 1113?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No. You're not applying for an Essential Skills work visa.

Yes. It even says so in the heading to section C, if you look there.

I wasn't sure if post study work visa isn't under the essential skills work category. That's why I asked.
