silver fern 2015-2016

I just successfully submitted my Silver Fern application. I am kind of jumping out of my skin. However, I was never prompted to pay any money. Has anyone else had this experience?

I might be wrong, but some countries (e.g : USA) do not need to pay for the fee.

ive been trying to see the application page for an hour coz their server was down. that's true. no chance at all.
