ESOL level 3 = IELTS what?

Hey all,

Just wondering what ESOL level 3 is in terms of IELTS? I've been searching online for ages and am only able to convert IELTS to CEFR (B2), but can't find any equivalency table for ESOL and IELTS.

Looking for equivalence between CEFR B2 and ESOL threw out this. They're regarding CEFR B2 as the same as ESOL Level 1 http://www.lstuk.co.uk/course/b1-b2-...ess-visa-test/

Thanks, I hadn't seen that page! Sounds a bit odd, though, to have ESOL level 1 as CEFR B2. Unless the ESOL levels really do go 'Foundation 1, Foundation 2, Foundation 3, 1, 2, 3', as i've read...?! In which case, the level sounds about right.
