    Default Claiming Points for LTSSL

I had submitted my certificates for IQA and the result turns out to be something as below :-

    Qualification 1 : xxx
    Awarding body xxxx

    Qualification 2 : xxx
    Awarding body xxxx

    Qualification 3 : xxx
    Awarding body xxxx

    Date of Award
Standard Program duration : 4 years

Combined Comparative Assessment Outcome : A Bachelor of Science Degree at level 7 (360 credits)

    Comments
The qualification above have been assessed in Combination of xxxx with xxxx.
The bachelor of Science in the Comparative Assessment Outcome above specialises in Computer Science.

With the outcome above can I claim for LTSSL as I'm not sure it is a generic outcome or specified outcome? The Combined Comparative Assessment Outcome only mentioned a Bachelor of Science but in the comments it mention outcome specialises in Computer Science.

I had submitted my EOI with 140 points and Received my ITA from email last week. If I can't claim points for LTSSL meaning I can't proceed anymore?

Just recalculate my EOI points, can anyone check my points claiming is correct as below? :-

    Age 30-39 = 25pts
NZQA lvl 7 with LTSSL = 60 pts
6 years work experience with LTSSL (outside NZ) = 35 pts
    partner's NZQA lvl 7 = 20 pts

    Total 140 pts

What I notice here was if they recognize you are under LTSSL, you can claim points from both Education & Work experience

But how do you know they will recognize your work experience under LTSSL or not? Is that from ANZSCO?

The educational requirements are here, if you click on the appropriate green bar, when you've entered your career. If you meet the educational requirements and your work experience is in that career (responsibilities as detailed in ANZSCO) then you qualify for the bonus points for work experience. So, educational requirements get you over the threshold, and only then does it count, as long as your past work meets the requirements. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/42636.htm

my occupation is under Software and Applications Programmers nec, from what I understand, it doesn't require anymore 3rd party assessment except Nzqa.
I've 6 years+ as an application develop and I have Offer Letter, promotion letters and payslips with me. This should be enough to prove and get that points?

I have another question which I'm not sure, when I fill in EOI, i had selected 6 years experience in an identified future growth area, Growth area name Information Communications Technology.

AND 6 years or more years work experience in an area
    of absolute skills shortage.

As I read from the forum, you can't claim both pts at the same time and should I fill in the amendment section in ITA to set the 6 years experience in an identified future growth area back to 0? As it won't affect my pts even I do so.

Your reasoning sounds right, but check all the details of the regulations for yourself, here. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/6954.htm SM6 has the summary of points available, then you can look at other sections for the full requirements.

Yes, definitely, you can't have the bonus points for identified future growth area unless you have a NZ skilled job offer, and anyway, you can't have that as well as absolute skills shortage. And it's perfectly all right to alter the ITA as necessary.
