HI All,

As we all know when we are applying for work visa under essential skill we need a letter from work and income. i received a letter from work and income but they said "is not satisfied that labour market test requirements has been met. there are suitable new zealand citizens or residents available who can take up the work on offer or be trained " can we still fight with the immigration for visa??
