    We just received notification that my husband's work visa was approved! Feels so good to finally be able to post one of these threads!

    Congratulations! So, you applied for Residency and got Work Permit or did you apply for Work Permit only?

    We applied for a work permit directly, didn't have the time for a residency permit to be processed. Will apply for residency once back in NZ.
