B.C.A., M.B.A. and B.Com computers are recognised qualification under ''List of qualifications exempted from Assessment'?

I and my wife have pursued degrees from Andhra University, India. I hold B.C.A and M.B.A. and wife holds B.Com. I will be a primary applicant. I didn't find them under 'List of qualifications exempted from Assessment' section for Andhra University. Do we still need to go for assessment or can these exempted.
