Help For JSV Application

Hi All
Can any one help me to clarify below points for my JSV application.
1.Evidence of your travel arrangements to NZ- In terms of money or ticket booking?
Specific evidence
1.A statement from your current employer about whether you would return to your job. Required?
2.Evidence to show how you would support yourself if he cannot return to your job such as alternative employments or additional funds. How much fund?
3.Evidence of any long term commitments you have in your own country, such as your family remaining there while you are in NZ. What evidence required?

In application
1.They asking for NZ residence address how can I provide?
2.Asking for correspondence address can i provide my current address.

How much money I have to show and in which form? i.e bank account statement ,CA certificate or credit card.

Hi Sameer,

I just sent reply to your PM.

In my case (may be helpful to others),

1. I showed 5 lakh rupees Indian money in the bank account on my name.
2. Duly filled and signed application form for JSV sent by CO.
3. I did not mention any NZ addresses.
4. I showed credit card statement as well which has around 1.5 lakhs credit limit.
