    Default Becoming an Accredited Employer

The company I work for is looking at becoming an Accredited Employer. So far I've been unsuccessful in finding a decent amount of information about this process.

The company is not ISO certified, does not have union representation, does not engage with any training organisations etc. (these are all questions in the employer accreditation application form (INZ1090)). However, it is a well established company (one of Australia's largest in fact, now operating in NZ), has its own comprehensive in-house training, sound HR policies, and close associations with various other national and international organisations. Being such a reputable company, would it likely still be eligible for accreditation despite not being involved with any of the organisations listed in the accreditation application?

    Thanks.

It looks as though those questions would be related to the question here http://www.immigration.govt.nz/emplo...gh/talent/faq/ Who does Immigration New Zealand consult with during the accredited employer application process? INZ want to get third-party comments from trustworthy organizations on the integrity of the company and its dealing with its workers.

The form has places where the employer can give information about other, different bodies it has dealings with, and also of its own in-house training system, so INZ ought to be able to follow up with those if they wish.
