    Default Minor Medical Issue

Hi there! Anyone has the same experience with my dad who applied under SMC and was asked for a full blood count? He has had same issue on his medical since 2011 and had been approved with a work visa thrice despite his minor health issue and the case was dismissed by his doctor the same year.

Please help me assess how my dad's application will likely be declined or approved based on the timeframe below given that only a full blood count was asked to do?

January 20, 2015 - EOI 195 points selected in the pool.
May 20,2015 - SMC application lodged
    October 14, 2015 - Employer Questionnaire
October 15, 2015 - CO allocated and asked for additional proofs of partnership, time and wage records, statutory declarations of dependent children and their dependency.
October 19, 2015 - CO asked for full blood count to be referred to a medical assesor.
October 23, 2015 - Employer submitted the answered questionnaires to CO.
October 26, 2015 - all additional documents requested by CO had been couriered to her.
Present - dad hasn't heard from immigration at all.

pretty hard to say without knowing what sparked the need for the FBC. An irregular count could be a sign of any number of conditions, some serious, most not. What advice has his own doctor iven?

Hi ChrisMwn. Thanks for the response. Dad has below the normal blood platelet count. We compared the result of his medical report last 2011 with his latest full blood count and it improved to 25 counts only but still below the desired platelet count.
He had been issued by immigration a work visa 3 consecutive times after noting his medical condition but this is the reason why his application is delayed every time he renews his work visa.
His specialist report last 2011 said, "there is no medical treatment at the moment and he is fit and well to work."
He then forwarded this old specialist report to his CO to assist her with evaluating dad's medical history.
