This means absolutely nothing - don't worry about it. There is a well-known glitch with the INZ website which means that whenever anyone opens someone's records, for any reason at all, even completely unconnected with medicals, even by mistake, the medical received date changes to that day's date. It's been doing this for, literally, years.
