Partnership based Residence Visa

Hi good evening friends,

I dropped application for my wife's residence class visa based on partnership at Henderson branch on 03/11/2015. Till now we have not received any reply from immigration and fees are not deducted from my account. Is it standard procedure aur we can ring them and ask them about application. We going overseas next month for Christmas. Is I can ring them and ask them to send passport to us. Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can ask for the passport back so you can travel, and yes, it would be perfectly all right to ask to be reassured about your application, since it isn't yet showing as lodged.
