Previous Deportation and immigration application
Hi, I would really appreciate some advice.
I was previously given an entry denial into the UK (more than 20 years ago), and sent home. I have been in and out of the UK on numerous occasions since then with no issues at all. Will this be an issue with our immigration application?
Thanks

I don't think it would be an issue, but don't forget to mention it in the Visa forms and explain why it was denied.

Yes, you will need to mention that it happened, and say why. But as long as you were just turned back at the border, not "removed, excluded, or deported", it shouldn't cause problems. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/35057.htm
