Q1 : Police verification required for Depends ( Wife, Kids - 4 years and 10 months old)?
Q2: If getting job offer - which work category visa is good for ITA people (suggest to accredited employer to sponsor/apply on the right track) ?
(Temporary work Visa, LTSSL Visa, Essential visa ) etc.?

If you are putting in an ITA, that is part of the process of applying for Residence under the Skilled Migrant Category. You put in the EOI, and when it is selected, INZ send you an ITA (Invitation To Apply).

If you have a job offer from an accredited employer, you will be being sponsored for WTR. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migra...ce/default.htm Your wife can apply for a partner-sponsored temporary work visa http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migra...milystream.htm along with that, and your children would be on visitor's visas matching yours for length in the first place. (They don't have to get student visas until they are five.)

If the employer is not accredited, you would be being sponsored for an Essential Skills Visa. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migra...entialwork.htm As part of the requirements for that, the job will be looked at to see if it is on the LTSSL list. (There is no such thing as an LTSSL visa.) Arrangements for your wife and children would be the same as just mentioned in the last paragraph.)

Either of these last two visas mentioned (the work visas) can be processed quite quickly to enable you to get to NZ and start working with the least possible delay. In the meantime, the application under SMC can be proceeding in the background, taking the time it takes.

For WTR, "If you are already in New Zealand on a Work to Residence visa, after two years you can apply for residence."
is it applicable for EOI selected/ITA invited Person ?

If i get the job offer, can i change to ITA submission to New zealand branch ? because ITA may come from nearest home branch

If you're in NZ working on a WTR, that can be superseded by the SMC application at any time, whenever the processing has been finished. (If the person hadn't got an SMC application in, then in that case, after two years, they would be entitled to move on, but you don't HAVE to wait and do that.)

If you move part way through processing (to anywhere in the world, not just NZ), you of course tell INZ so they can continue to communicate with you, and they automatically move your case to whichever INZ office deals with wherever you have gone to live. Every INZ official logs whatever they have already done with a case as they go along, so, if it is moved, things don't go back to the beginning - the new CO picks up from whatever stage it had got to.
