EoI application & Online account question

Hello there!

My parents have submitted their EoI application to a Japanese branch in July. We are hoping that their EoI gets selected from the pool this month..

Here is a question. We have set up an online account at http://www.immigration.govt.nz/.

When we log in to the site we see nothing in 'my application' area.. I would have thought that the EoI application would be visible in the account.

Perhaps they are not linked together.. does anyone know how to resolve this problem? Or perhaps the EoI application becomes visible after it gets selected from a pool?

Could you please confirm if the payment has been made for the EOI submission ?

If your EOI is submitted by paper but not via online, it would not be linked and appear on the online account.

Yes. My creditcard has been charged for the EoI submission in july.
