I am sorry, but to me this response from INZ does not make sense. I suggest you should PM one of the LIAs who post on the forum (Karen Phillips and ChrisMwn) to ask them, since they are qualified and legally allowed to advise you.

Hi. I will answer your query on the Forum (not private message) as there is no need to discuss anything confidential and it might help others. You clam the bonus points for qualification and work experience based on your Bachelor degree but you claim 60 points for qualification based on your Masters. When you fill in the qualification section in the EOI there is space to provide details of more than one qualification. This is definitely the right thing to do. I have had many clients in this exact same situation. I hope that reassures you.
