Passport return question

I sent my passports to Visa Stamping on and they received on 23/11/2015. Yesterday 11/12/2015, when I checked online there are some changes an expiry date is added, My passport number is mention, there are some additional details are also provided. I feel that a visa has been issued dated 11/12/2015. Do they send an email once passport is returned back ? Actually I mentioned in my covering letter, to inform me the airway bill number once passport dispatched but no response. Is there any way to find whether visa has been issued to all the dependent persons? . Migrant levy charged all the four.

I know your post is old but I am writing to enquire about what happend with you. Currntly i am also waiting for the passports to be returened to me but so far i have no idea where the passport are.
Did INz or your CO emailed you that they have sent the passports?
Do they use DHL or normal post to send the passports?

My branch is IPB wellington...
I have sent my passport on 15.1.2016
Migrant levy fees was deducted on 3.2.2016
My online visa expiry has changed on 15.2.2016
No email from CO yet...still waiting for the passports...

looks like your visa was issued on the 15th. depending on where you are, your passport should be back with you in 2-10 days?
