Is it neccesary to send our passport when we are applying for partnership work visa or we can send after also when visa gets aproved???

What do the instructions say? If it says 'original OR certified copy', you can choose. If they say it has to be the original, then that's what you must send. If it turns out to be the case, and you want it back in the meantime, tell them so, and they will note that it has been seen and checked, and send it back to you.
