No. Every application is considered on its own merits.
It might be an advantage to YOU, but these days, sponsorship is a VERY wide-reaching commitment, even covering medical expenses and travel

It has been known for the legal side of this kind of arrangement to spoil family relationships, which is a great pity if it happens.
