    • Detailed Description of Duties

Note : I am also claiming for LTSL

And pay - although you can provide your tax or financial records to show that.

INZ regard full-time as being a minimum of 30 hours per week, so obviously, if you worked 40 hours, it's fine to say so, but if it wasn't the case in some jobs, it's doesn't matter as long as it was over 30.

Thanks JandM. Manager/Colleague can't stated on this letter about pay because it is related confidential/HR related.
So I shall use Tax/Salary Slip separately.

    Hi there,

Employment Status (Full Time or Part Time) is also needed by INZ.

Or, you can get general COE to your HR with Full Time or Part Time and then get detailed Description to your Immediate Supervisor/Manager as most HR doesn't give Certificate with detailed description.

    Hi,

What I did last time was from HR the general COE and then detailed job description from my immediate supervisor.

    Hi,

Yes (if still on the current company as yours).
It should be fine as long as his contact details will be included on that reference letter.

    Regards,

No, it's not necessary, as long as he explains what WAS his position and how come he knows about your work for the other company. And his contact details need to be correct for now, and for the time while your application will be being processed, because INZ will want to get in touch with him to verifiy his letter.
