Thumbs up Approved in Principle! Shanghai branch

    Hi all,

We just received our AIP through email today!

Thanks to the forum for support!

I have two questions and would appreciate your inputs -

    1. We live in Manila but have been asked to send our passports to the Shanghai branch. Does INZ Shanghai accommodate requests for the visa 'sticking' to be processed in other locations like Manila?

    2. My passport has only 6 pages left because I travel a lot. We expect to move to NZ only in May. Can I go ahead with the visa label 'sticking' in my current passport and later get a visa stuck on a new passport (before leaving for NZ)?

    Thanks for your responses.

    Congratulations !
Well you can do it both ways , it will cost you extra if you transfer it to your new passport though like over 100 NZD per passport.
You could just wait until May to pay your migrant levy and then directly get them fixed to the new passports without the extra costs
