    Default Holiday shutdown?

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone knows if INZ shuts down over the holidays and for how long? We are at the final stage of our residency application - waiting for an immigration officer to decide on our medical waiver. We were told it normally takes about a month and we submitted the request on 1 December....so wondering how many weeks we should add on for the holidays. Thanks!

    They were closed between Christmas Eve and 5th January.

    and some do extend their holidays until 13 Jan expected to return on 16 Jan. This is based on my colleagues availability who are based in NZ companies.
