Hi all we are making our final preps for our move in a couple weeks. Just wanted to know if there is usually an 'give' on rental prices advertised?
TIA

I think it depends on what you're looking to rent. In the higher priced rentals ($800 a week and up) I've found more room to negotiate than when looking at less expensive options, probably because there are less people fighting over them. Lots of rentals are snapped up quickly with multiple applicants for the landlord to choose from - so no real negotiating happens.
Hi All,
I also need a house or apartment in north shore city as my office location is there. My budget 300-350$ . need 1-2 bedroom, one bath on e catch.I am planning to be there on 14th November 2016.
Your any type of help or advice will be appreciated.
Thanks
