Default EOI Question on Academic Qualification exemptions

I am confused with the academic qualification, I understand that there are academic qualification that are exempted from assessment.
In my wife's case, she graduated in one university where her school and course was listed in 2011 (http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/41483.htm) but in the current list (http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/45793.htm) the school and course was eliminated? she actually graduated in 2005 (Bachelor in Science in Nursing).

Can you please enlighten me if should her qualifications is exempted or do i need to undergo IQA for me to claim points from her?

Her qualification must be listed on the current list exempt from assessment if you want to claim those points.
