    Default X-ray certificate

    Hi

Last year our family came to NZ for my post graduate studies and now I am planning to apply for my post study work visa. For the previous visa applications, myself and wife have submitted full medical and x-ray certificates but for the child, an x-ray certificate wasn’t needed since he was below 11 years old at that time. Now he turned 11 and my question is do we need or need not to submit a new x-ray with his next visa application? (According to INZ, I think all earlier submitted medicals and x-rays are valid for 36 months)

    Thank you all

I think you'd better ask INZ this question. I've never seen it mentioned on our threads. I'm GUESSING that the answer will probably be that you need to get an X-ray for him, but a guess is all it is.

    Hi,

Just to add: IF at all you need to take x-ray ( I believe it will be chest x-ray, IF NEEDED), you need to do on line and not all locations provide that.

If it is Auckland, we went to Horizon Radiology Manukau for the x-ray (Queen St branch also will do). Hope this information helps.

    Regards,
    Raju
