    Default Children on international passports

    Hello! We're making the move to NZ later this year and I have a question for you knowledgeable folks! My son (3 years) has duel citizenship but only a canadian passport. To get a NZ passport for him we need a witness who carries a NZ passport which we do not have. Did anyone else have this problem? I'm assuming he would need a NZ passport if he has a one way ticket to NZ? Do we need a visa for him?
