Default Tax structure Vs Expenses - NZ vs CANADA(Saskatchewan province)

As show below, taxes are very high in Saskatchewan compared to NZ.

Saskatchewan (Federal + provincial) tax (Jan_2015 to Dec_2015):
    Income--------Tax--------Net pay in hand
    $85000-------$22320-------$62680
    $90000-------$24094-------$65906
    $100000------$27994------$72006
    $110000------$31894------$78106
    $120000------$35794------$84206

    NZ April_2015 to Mar_2016:
    Income----------Tax-------------Net pay in hand
    $85000.00----$18970.00--------$66030.00
    $90000.00----$20620.00--------$69380.00
    $100000.00---$23920.00--------$76080.00
    $110000.00---$27220.00--------$82780.00
    $120000.00---$30520.00--------$89480.00

As shown below, expenses are very high in NZ compared to saskatchewan:
Consumer Prices in Auckland are 8.46% higher than in Saskatoon
Consumer Prices Including Rent in Auckland are 17.59% higher than in Saskatoon
Rent Prices in Auckland are 44.77% higher than in Saskatoon
Restaurant Prices in Auckland are 28.75% higher than in Saskatoon
Groceries Prices in Auckland are 7.33% lower than in Saskatoon
Local Purchasing Power in Auckland is 5.32% higher than in Saskatoon

For me, child education and medical care is free in both places.
Based on expenses and taxes, I could not decide, which is the cheaper place?

Can you help me on this?

I don't see how anyone can come to a conclusion about how expensive one individual - you, in this case - would find either place, on the basis of these averages. So much is going to depend on what, and how often, you choose to spend money on.
