Yea we used one for a medical job and have nothing but praise. They have arranged one set of references and these full references are supplied with the application. They arranged interviews and support for each and mock interviews etc.
Plenty of support throughout and after any offers with negotiations in relocation etc. All at no cost to us but the employer of a single fee. I understand this isn't always the case.
They are on the ground, fit your CV to a job. They aren't going to put their name and reputation on the line. It's a small place and a persons word carries a lot.
I understand it will depend on the career and specialism. And the reputation of the agency.
Hi Ukton
May I know any details about your recruitment agency as I am relocating to NZ soon and I am in medical field as well.
Appreciate your reply..
I've PM'd you
Got 2 calls from some recruitment agency in Wellington asking for 'professional service fees' to arrange for interviews. Said absolutely no. Just FYI, to be aware.
Hi Uktonz, can you send me the contact details of the agency too? Been here in AKL for 4mos almost and getting very little hits. Thanks!
would love that info if you could PM it to me. Thanks a lot!
