Post Study Work Visa (Employer Assisted)

Hi,

I have completed my studies in November 2015 and currently in the job search visa. I have received a job offer from a small CA firm for an Accountant role. Do we have to get approval in principle for this type of visa ? I thought it is required only for essential skill visa. When I read the relevant employer supplementary form I am little bit confused. I have attached a snapshot of the extract in the employer supplementary form. Can anyone help me with regard to this issue.

That form is used for employers supporting various different types of visa application, and this question is relevant for those, rather than for your post study work visa.
