    Default Inaccuracies in file notes.

    Hi Just wondering how INZ can get away with making notes that are inaccurate and how do we address them when applying for the next visa?

    You can apply for a copy of you file under the Privacy Act. If information on the file is factually incorrect, then you have the right to correct it.
