    Default SMC Residency Application

    Hi,

    I am the principal application with job offer. My husband's medical had been referred to a medical assessor. If the medical assessor determines that his medical is not acceptable and he is not able to get a medical waiver, does this mean my entire application will get rejected because he is my partner and part of the application or will the case officer give me an option to withdraw him from my application and proceed with processing my application?

    What you said at the end, yes - you would be given the option to remove your husband from the application.
