Hi got a query from my co during my smc resident application assessment.

just some basic questions to provide
ird statements
payslips
samples of work ans client email qualification,

and my employer got some basic query that's not a problem
but i need help to my employer asked me to write a letter regarding

why is your employee is the only ideal candidate for the specific job?

he said me to write a draft and he will see if any changes to be made.

can anyone please help me with this letter please.
