    Default Immigration Advice

    Hi all. I m in newzealand on student visa from past one year and waiting for my job search visa. My girl friend is from Germany and she is a citizen over there. I m planning to get married with her this year. Can u please guide me that can I apply my residency in NZ with her help or can she apply for residency in NZ. What is the procedure and how easy is that.

    What is your girlfriend's visa status here (citizen, resident?) and have you lived with her for 12 months or more?
