Hi, all.
Does anybody know what happened with
"https://www.immigration.govt.nz/secure/Login+Visitor.htm" ? It responds with "This site can’t be reached".

Although "http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/visit/visitors/default.htm" is still available.
I can't reach my application form for 2 days already. Is https i down? ((

The website isn't actually down, but the main page http://www.immigration.govt.nz/ is currently displaying a banner headline saying "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the website, we apologise for any inconvenience caused."
