3 weeks is it ok to call/ email CO ?

Hi there,


My resident visa is in process.

My CO asked for Emp. contact details about 3 weeks ago. I was asked to provide details before a specific date but My employer haven't got any email / call from immigration yet. How fair it is to check with C.O if everthing is ok ?

I'm hoping if they have sent email, is it been sent on correct email ?

I sent a friendly email to my CO 3 weeks after her first contact with employer and was advised that my case was on 2PC queue.
