Default Residence from Work Visa- Some Clarifications please

    Hi there

I am working on a 30 months accredited employer talent visa and will be applying for a Work to Residence under the same category in a few weeks
I had the following queries and I would appreciate the members advice on the same:

    1. I have paid 1 parking fine for overstaying in the parking lot by a few minutes and a overspeeding ticket for doing 105 kms in 100 km zone (due to faulty GPS)
I have promptly paid both the fines.
Do I have to mention these fines in the G3 section of the application and tick mark as YES in G3?

    2. Do I have to take the police clearance certificate for my NZ stay period also directly from Ministry of justice, and if so can i choose the email option to get the same ?

    3. My correct spelling Birth certificate has been issued again in 2016 a few weeks back from India although I was born in 1987 and the 1st certificate was issued in 1991.
I thought that would be the end of the story but in this thread :

    http://www.enz.org/forum/showthread.php?t=48743&page=2

"I had a Birth certificate which was taken in 2005. So I was not sure about the acceptance by INZ because, similar case was not accepted and the applicant is made to get a notary from their parents. Few COs expect the birth certificates to be printed in the year we born"

How far this is correct and have any other members faced this problem?
Should I get the Affidavit also as advised in the same thread ?

Have a nice day and thanks for helping

    1. See what ChrisMwn, who is an LIA, says here. http://www.enz.org/forum/showthread....855#post513855
...technically you don't need to declare the driving matters, since they are "infringements", not "offences" However being prudent you should simply write on the form, "paid traffic infringements (speeding ) only."
    2. If INZ want another police check for you from the NZ authorities, they will get it directly - you don't need to do it.

    3. This post http://www.enz.org/forum/showthread....930#post532930 on that same thread shows the official INZ requirement.

    Thanks JandM for advising

    1. So I will mark NO in G3 but to be on the safe side in the full details Space I will give the list of parking and speeding fines paid
    2.
    3. My certificate meets all the requirements listed As per the official INZ requirements mentioned in the thread. I was worried on what basis the member ImLegend is writing that the certificate has to be issued compulsorily in the year the child was born. Moreover if that be the case, then i think most of the certificates issued 20 years earlier would be invalid as they were invariably issued only after a few years of the birth

    Thanks for advising

    Hi there
    One more clarification please
I have submitted a Police Clearance Certificate for myself which was obtained in Early August 2014 and submitted with my Work to Residence ( Accredited employer) Visa application also in August 2014
My partner has submitted the Police clearance Certificate which was obtained in July 2015 and submitted with her Spouse Visa application in the same month

Both certificates are for home country and we have not stayed in any other country in our life for 12 months

As such do we have to submit fresh Police certificates when we submit our Residence application in September 2016 or the previously submitted Police certificates will still be valid ?

    Thanks for advising

You should not need to provide any more police checks at the moment. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/46161.htm

    Hi there

    I checked the link
However, I could not find the specific clause under which I would not have to submit a fresh police clearance certificate from India.
As I am applying under Residence category, I don't think Clause A.5.10.d would be applicable for me.
    Am I missing something ?
I Shall be grateful if you could tell me the specific clause under which my partner and I would be exempted from submitting a fresh Police clearance certificate.
Just to refresh that my certificate would be 25months old and my partners would be 15months old when submitting the Visa application

    Thanks for advising
    Have a nice weekend

    Hi there

    One more clarification please
To prove my partners English speaking background as per INZ1060, I have got a certificate from the school that she studied there from Class 1 to 10 and that the teaching medium was in English.
The Certificate has been typed on the school letter pad and signed by the principal
However there is no Rubber stamp put on the Certificate anywhere.
Any idea if a Rubber stamp is a mandatory or preferred in such certificates ?

    Thanks for advising

Oh, dear, I mistakenly took it that your application was Family, and therefore under d iv.

There is no requirement for any rubber stamp on the proof of English letter. The INZ CO can if s/he wishes contact the school principal to verify that it is genuine.
