How to provide cetified copy of the official syllabus

According to NZQA .pdf guide they say,

" NZQA may also require a certified copy of the official syllabus/curriculum for the course of study and / or training completed "

Moreover, when i contacted my study institution they said to me that course outline/syllabus is not given to individuals. course outline is only post to the given address. But, i can get copy of my student hand book which contains subject details and other details. in that hand book there are around 60 pages.

1) (1.1)So how can i get certified copy of that document. (1.2) do i need to certify each and every page of that document. (1.3) is it ok to get certified from department head or senior lecturer.

2) My MBA is completed and results are subject to approval of senate. if i get approval it will take several months to get degree certificate, so i am planning to send letter to NZQA. (2.1) what kind of documents should i send to NZQA. Anyone is having experience about this kind of situation.

The first option will obviously be to get some official documentation from the study institution, but if all else fails you can maybe try the following.

Some institutions give out year books which describe each subject of each course. The university where I studied for my first degree did this, but when I did my second degree at another institution they did not have anything similar.

Another option, does the institution where you studied maybe have a website where they give an explanation or course layout of the course you did? Then you can send a copy of this to them and just refer them to the website for authenticity.

For the best results from NZQA I would definitely recommend you send a syllabus/curriculum with.
