    Hi Ezinir,
The bonus is up to your company.... Base Salary is the one use to deduct annual tax... Super is in Australia, and is related to Superannuation... Here in NZ is called KiwiSaver....

NZ Superannuation is every tax-payer's contribution to the fund that finances the pension for over-65s. https://www.nzsuperfund.co.nz/nz-sup...se-and-mandate

Superannuation and KiwiSaver are not the same.

KiwiSaver is a defined contribution pension fund into which both the employer and the employee pay into. This is in addition to what is called the NZSuper which is a tax funded (PAYGO) pension scheme. In this case the entitlement is a function of the number of years one pays in and not the amount of taxes one has paid. So when the employer advertises a "Super", it is above and beyond NZSuper. Neither of these two schemes are particularly generous, nor is the way NZ taxes savings.

I am in a working visa... and I am not entitle to have Kiwisaver. That's only for residents... and the annual tax is from your income/salary...
