Java Openings in Auckland?

I have recently received NZ Residency and while searching for jobs in Backend Engineering specially in Java, I did not find many jobs. Also, mostly jobs are for web development which includes technologies like PHP.

I tried Seek, Trademe, Jora, but they all index same jobs (that too 2-3 months old). What are other ways for find jobs for Java Engineers?

I've said this before, I will say it again... NZ is a small country and its IT landscape is dominated by Microsoft... There is Java work but it is significantly less per capita compared to Aus, Europe, North America, etc... Much of the Java work that exists is with application frameworks like Oracle Commerce (ATG) and SAP Hybris with a lot of work being farmed offshore (India, China, etc...)
