    Hi All,

    My 2nd work visa under partnership was approved today. Thank you all for your help, specially JandM, Jazz77,YessicaCBO,catash and David12345. My timeline is updated below

    Requested:17th May 2016
    Approved :24th May 2016
    Branch : Auckland

    Do you know of any case where they approve 2 temporary work visas (partnership) but decline residency, other then not meeting the character requirements?

    I don't know about the residency but one of my friend (couple) visa was rejected due to character because they forget to tell immigration about the pregnancy while applying the visa. I will recommend to take a lawyer or immigration adviser in such type of case.
