Secondary applicant ENGLISH

Dear friends, I have got one question so want some advice.

I m about to start my EOI, m the main applicant and my wife is the secondary applicant. She has completed 10+2 I.e higher secondary school in management in india from a English median college.
I heard from some people that not accepted as its not higher level and she need to sit ielts test.
I was thinking that after I get the letter that she passed 12th and entire school and 12th class education was done in english. It should be fine.

Please advise what's the fact.

Here are the requirements. http://onlineservices.immigration.go...nual/30541.htm From what you said, and as long as you provide a letter from where she studied, I also think she meets the requirements. Notice, if there is any doubt, the CO is allowed to require an IELTS result to settle the matter. But being educated in English should be sufficient.
