About SMC

Hi All,

My employer got questionary from CO side nd revert her back. After that i havn' t heared anything from my CO. She havn' t contact either me or my employer.

Wht does this mean.?
Is it good or bad?

Every CO has maybe 70 - 80 cases that she works on in rotation. When she's sent out questions, she puts that file to the back, and she won't see it again until she's worked through the whole lot again, dealing with any new answers that have come in for each case in turn. Your CO's questionnaire, answered, will have gone to your file wherever it is in the queue, so it will be there for the CO to see when your file comes to the front again and it is your case's turn for her attention again.
