    Hi Sandy,

My current job profile matches with ICT customer support officer
My employer received questionnaire to answer yes or NO to 10 ANZSCO job description tasks.

My employer answered yes to 5 and NO to rest of the 5 tasks.
In addition to above, CO asked some basic questions likes of hours of work, payslips, last 3 bank statements, my salary package etc.

    Hi sunny,

Thanks for ur reply. It means if we r nt performing all duties as per ANZSCO code thn it doesn' t put any effect on our application because my employer got 15 question.. out of 15 , he said NO to 2 questions nd he also mentioned that these task only performed by him (owner). Wht do u think is it ok ?

That was quick from CO to approval!!

I sent in my ITA on March 21st and got CO on the 27th of May (last Friday). He immediately e-mailed me asking for 4 things:
    1) Job description (this was already included in ITA, but anyway...)
    2) IRD income summary since living in NZ
    3) Payslips from the two months it took them to process
    4) response to four questions, which were
    a) Does anybody report to you?
    b) Who do you report to?
    c) What do you mostly spend your time doing?
    d) What is your purpose in the company?

I'm a bit worried about those last two!!! I responded straight away but should probably have mentioned that i've had a payrise since my ITA was lodged in March!!

I responded within about 30 minutes so i'm hoping i'm not at the back of the queue just yet!!

Sunnylubs, can you tell us what questions your employer was asked? I hear that it was previously only about 4-5 questions and is now usually over 10?

    Thanks!!

My employer received questionnaire which had basic employment questions plus Anzsco tasks where my employer answered yes or no with brief explanantion.
In total there were about 10 to 12 questions.

    Hello Everyone,

Thanks for your useful posts and for the first time yesterday I received an email from my CO stating that an an initial assessment has been done and requesting for IRD and two months pay slip and also my employer received the email with some questions and one such question was "How did they (my employer) recruit me and who were my references. My HR very promptly replied and giving out the process details that I was recruited by an recruitment agent and the name of my referees. But one of the referees is my sister with whom I have worked in the past. Can anyone comment if this will be an issue?
