Need help to create or get medical ID for online student visa application

I am new to this forum. I would like to submit my student visa application online but could not create the medical ID so that the panel doctors can fill the form for me. How did you get your emedical ID?

Your emedical number is given by the panel physician when you see them for your medical. You do not need to provide it to them, they create it, I guess you could say.
