Interim Visa granted can me and my wife can continue work ?

Hi JandM,

My residency application is still under process from last 11 months no update from case officer. Our IA emailed the CO about the situation but the CO didn't replied (2 weeks now).

My work visa was expiring so I have applied for new work visa.

Now the question is can I work on Interim visa ?

My wife is currently holding work visa on me can she work as well ??

When I log in to INZ it shows interim visa is approved but it's not showing expiry date or approved date or any conditions !!!!

My Wife called INZ and they finally sent the email with visa conditions on it so all sorted for now.

Normally it takes 6-9 months to grant residency in my case 11 months still no update (all requested documents provided 6-7 months ago, telephonic interview 4 months ago, on site verification 2 months ago,.. !!!! It is normal ??

Sorry to hear about the long wait. Hopefully its over soon!! There's no normal with immigration.
